Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
6 slices Bacon, finely diced
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, cut into cubes
1 can (16.3 oz) Biscuit Dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tbsp Parsley, freshly chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Bacon:
In a skillet, cook the diced bacon on medium heat until it reaches a crispy texture. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease.
Make the Filling:
Using the same skillet, cook the ground beef on medium heat.
Stir in the minced garlic and continue to cook until the beef is thoroughly browned and the garlic emits a pleasant aroma.
After cooking, remove from heat and drain off the excess fat.
To the beef, add the grated Parmesan, cubed cheddar, and prepared crispy bacon, mixing until everything is evenly distributed.
Assemble the Bombs:
Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Take each piece of biscuit dough, flatten slightly, and spoon a portion of the beef-cheese mixture into the center.
Enclose the filling by bringing the edges of the dough together, sealing them to form a 'bomb'.
Bake:
Arrange the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush each with melted butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn a golden brown color.
Finish and Serve:
Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve while still warm.
Prep Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Servings: 8
